A beautiful color, but the tiny package came to me crushed and billions and billions of tiny, sparkly molecules drifted out over the bathroom and out the door. It is so fine and powdery that application is very imprecise. I still love the color and the look on my eyes, and I don't mind a smoky bedroom eye, i just could not get a handle on applying it so that it did not get everywhere. The most infintesimal amount covered half my body! This may well be due to my heavy handedness or bad makeup brushes. I really would like to hear from others about the application. Perhaps there are some great ideas I am missing out on.
I loved the color. But for the price and size, it's definitely not worth it. I've gotten sampler eyeshadows which were better packaged and larger amounts of eyeshadow than Santorini Eyeshadow.
This shade was a little darker than what you see in the picture. It's a beautiful color, I just prefer lighter shades. If it hadn't been for that, I would've given it a 5.
